Walk for Good seeks to raise awareness for the special needs community in Singapore and to raise funds for Mountbatten
Vocational School. 2019's Finale also aims to incorporate the themes of community services as well as a civic responsibility.
Recap of Walk-For-Good
SMU Challenge successfully concluded 9 months of preparation and 6 beneficiary engagement sessions with our grand finale 'Walk-for-Good, which saw individuals from all walks of life banding together to walk in solidarity with our beneficiaries from Mountbatten Vocational School.
With a total of 500 participants braving the sun and completing the trail to Fort Canning Park, we managed to raise a significant amount of funds for the improvement of learning facilities in Mountbatten Vocational School.
The success of SMU Challenge 2019 would not have been possible without our valued partners, sponsors, donors and participants. We would like to thank you for your unwavering support and we look forward to future collaborations in the years to come!
